Susan Oster began as a lighting designer in 1984, using an interior design degree to create dramatic atmosphere through light control. Over time, and through her relationship with Lutron, she discovered how vital shadings and window treatments are to the ambiance and functionality of homes and buildings. All of my experience has brought me to this point–the balance of shadings and light in perfect harmony by way of automation.
